Vision
The management and staff of BREI’s BRJC has a vision to forge strong ,positive connections with students so that they can achieve independence, build confidence and gain academic knowledge. We aim to develop well rounded and thoughtful students prepared to cope up with a changing post-modern and globalized world.

Students are empowered to meet current and future challenges to develop social awareness, civic responsibility and personal growth. We strive to prepare all students to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens ready to meet the challenges of the future. Our goal is to create relevant learning opportunities for students –both inside and outside the classroom –that help them develop knowledge critical thinking skills and character necessary to succeed in a technologically advanced world.

Mr. Yash Malpani
Director

Our world is experiencing unprecedented changes across all spheres – from family dynamics to technological advancement. This pace of transformation will only accelerate, bringing new demands for different skills and resources. At Blue Ridge Public School & Junior College, our mission is to expose students to comprehensive knowledge across diverse fields, spanning modern technology and scientific discoveries to rich cultural heritage and historical perspectives. Mrs. Surinder Kaur Sayan
Principal
Mrs. Surinder Kaur Sayan completed her ICSE from Holy Angels School, Rajpura, Punjab, and earned her Bachelor’s from Government Home Science College, Chandigarh, and Post-Graduation in Child Development from Kurukshetra University. With over 26 years of experience in education, she has played a key role at Blue Ridge Public School, mentoring students and teachers.
She has held positions as Coordinator, Supervisor, and Principal, and has taught senior classes at reputed CISCE schools. Her expertise includes curriculum planning, lesson design, administration, and classroom management. She also has experience counseling teenagers, helping them cope with academic and emotional challenges.
Her vision for Blue Ridge Junior College is to continue fostering well-rounded student development with a focus on practical solutions and educational excellence.
Mrs. Swapna Joshi
Honorary Secretary
Mrs. Swapna Joshi has over 40 years of experience in education and administration. A 1978 graduate of S.N.D.T College of Home Science, Pune, she began her career by starting a playgroup in Mumbai. After relocating to Pune in 1993, she held leadership roles in several schools, including Shree Vijay Vallabh School, BVB Paranjape Nursery School, Pumpkin Patch School, and Blue Ridge Public School, where she served as the Pre-Primary Section Head. Her guidance was pivotal in establishing pre-primary programs at these institutions.
After retiring as Principal of the Pre-Primary Section at Blue Ridge Public School in 2017, Mrs. Joshi briefly served as Director and has been the Honorary Secretary since November 2020. In this role, she coordinates between the school’s principals and management. She is also involved in setting up a Junior College under the Blue Ridge Educational Institute, set to open in AY 2022-23.
Known for her excellent interpersonal skills, transparent communication, and leadership, Mrs. Joshi continues to inspire and support teachers, peers, and parents alike.
Malpani Group
For better part of a century, Malpani Group has been known for the finest of business and social practices, along with commitment to quality. Spearheaded by young, highly qualified and multidisciplinary professionals, the Group has been successfully blending traditional skills with modern technology.
Today, it is a powerful enterprise spread over 8 states of the country, involved in processing agricultural products, manufacturing and marketing FMCG products, entertainment and power generation. The group is also active in construction and hospitality.
Socially, Malpani Group has always been conscious of its desire to contribute to the well-being and uplifting of community through initiatives involving health care and education.
